This Policy Statement applies to vehicles delivered in Australia only.
What good is a warranty if you break down miles from any help with deadlines looming and schedules to fill?
MAN’s Roadside Assistance Policy allows our dealership network to provide owners and drivers with emergency roadside repairs and assistance, of a warrantable nature-24 hours a day, seven days a week for the warranty period.
No matter where you are, MAN and our dealer network are ready to do whatever we can to get you going.

HERE’S WHAT WE WILL DO TO KEEP YOU MOVING
Your closest authorised MAN dealer will arrange for your vehicle to be towed to the nearest repair centre, providing the vehicle is eligible for towing.
The closest authorised MAN dealer will provide assistance within this policy guideline so that you can continue on your journey as soon as possible.
If a part is not readily available to repair your vehicle, your authorised MAN dealer will obtain it from the closest available source, and it will be dispatched via the fastest practical transport (including air freight) to get your vehicle back on the road at the earliest opportunity.
After Hours Call Out
To ensure that you get the assistance you need when you need it, all costs associated with an after-hours call out for MAN dealers or their agents will be covered.
Overtime charges are normally not accepted under warranty but will be accepted from MAN dealers or their agents to ensure that you are back on the road as quickly as possible in the event of a breakdown.
HERE’S WHAT WE WILL PAY FOR
In accordance with MAN Automotive Imports Pty Ltd Warranty Schedule, if the failure is covered by warranty.
MAN, will pay for:
Towing charges to the nearest authorised MAN automotive dealer or its agent will be accepted.
Authorisation to tow can only be given by the MAN Automotive Dealer and is subject to you substantiating that it was not practical to repair the vehicle on the roadside due to the nature of the warrantable failure and that towing was the most efficient and cost-effective means of rectification.
(N.B.: A demand by an owner/driver to tow the vehicle, does not constitute authority to tow under the terms of this policy).
We will cover the dealers travel costs to and from the breakdown.
